Actual rate = current-period electricity charges ÷ kWh × 100. Maison bill = usage × EFL rate ÷ 100 + additional charges. Reward award value = rate-based charge × eligible share × reward percentage. Modeled reward value = award value × selected value percentage. Combined benefit = bill savings + modeled reward value.
